AceShowbiz - Getting a boyfriend on reality show "The Millionaire Matchmaker" doesn't guarantee Kenya Moore to have long-lasting relationship. She posted on Instagram that she felt "astounded and devastated" to have learned from social media that her boyfriend, James Freeman, was married on April 3.
On Tuesday, May 12, she uploaded a picture with a caption "Statement from Kenya Moore." The picture itself featured a statement which read, "Unfortunately, I just learned today that the man I met and fell in love with from Millionaire Matchmaker was married a week after the show aired. I am astounded and devastated to have learned of this news VIA social media as opposed to from him directly. However, I still believe in love and my heart remains open to the man God has for me. I wish him well."
Freeman was reported to have been married to Jaimi Gregory, a beach volleyball athlete, a week after the episode of the show was broadcast. The 1993 Miss USA joined "The Millionaire Matchmaker" to meet a nice guy. Matchmaker Patti Stanger introduced Moore to Freeman, a businessman who owns a commercial real estate firm. He opened up that he had once been married and divorced nearly three years ago. There was a real chemistry between Moore and Freeman. Both of them then went for dinner and got romantic during the outing.
Though the episode which aired on March 22 was taken two months before it was broadcast, the pair were reportedly still seeing each other. A day after the episode aired on Bravo, the star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" posted an Instagram picture of her having dinner with her then-beau with a caption which read, "Sometimes you can spend your whole life looking for Prince Charming when a King arrives. Thank you @pattistanger and @cynthiabailey10 and my fans for your love and support and desire for my happiness. #matchmaker #KingJames #FriendsFirst #MillionaireMatchmaker." The picture seemed to confirm that they were still in relationship after the episode was broadcast.
On March 24, she also affirmed her ongoing relationship with Freeman when one of her fans asked her on Twitter, "@KenyaMoore Are you still with James??" She simply replied to the question with "Yes."
Following the news about Moore's unfortunate relationship, Vivica A. Fox, Moore's rival on "The Celebrity Apprentice", expressed her glee on Twitter. She tweeted, "Well dayummnn #ToxicTrick Kenya Moore strikes again! The guy she said was her new guy is actually married? SMDH WTH!? #ByeTrick ; (." Apparently, she still holds a grudge against the "RHOA" star.
