Movie

Megan Fox is seen filming scenes of the upcoming sequel with Judith Hoag, who portrayed April O'Neil in the original movie.

AceShowbiz - New set pictures of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2" have landed online, offering glimpses of the movie. Some of the photos show Megan Fox who plays April O'Neil, but what becomes talk of the town was the surprise appearance of Judith Hoag, who played April O'Neil in the original movie.

The photos indicate that Hoag will appear in the film but it is still unclear if she will make a cameo or have a bigger role. On May 9, Hoag teased through Twitter about her involvement in the film. "Wardrobe fitting yesterday. Total deja vu. Met a couple of sweet guys... three out of four...," she wrote. Will Arnett who returns as Vernon Fenwick, April's co worker, was also seen filming scene with Hoag and Fox.

Fox and Arnett will get on-screen love interests played by Stephen Amell and Alessandra Ambrosio respectively. Amell will play Casey Jones alongside the other cast members such as William Fichtner as Eric Sacks, Tyler Perry as scientist Baxter Stockman and Brian Tee as the new Shredder. Although the storyline hasn't been revealed, Bebop and Rocksteady, a mutated warthog and rhino, are expected to appear as villains in the movie.

On April 25, director Michael Bay revealed the turtle vehicles via Facebook. The picture shows a dirty "NYC Sewer" truck with a "Tartaruga Brothers" wagon and a flashy "Polaris" car. Tartaruga means Turtle in Italian and Portuguese.

Bay returns to produce the movie while Dave Green ("Earth to Echo") is attached to direct. It is set for a release on June 3, 2016 in the United States.
