'Grandfathered', 'The Grinder', and 'Rosewood' are ordered to series along with another comedy 'The Guide to Surviving Life'.

AceShowbiz - FOX announces its pickup for the 2015-2016 season. John Stamos' "Grandfathered" and Rob Lowe's "The Grinder" get series commitments from the network along with medical drama "Rosewood" and another comedy "The Guide to Surviving Life".

In "Grandfathered", Stamos plays a bachelor whose life is turned upside down when he discovers he's a father - and a grandfather. The "Full House" actor is joined in the cast ensemble by Josh Peck, Paget Brewster, Christina Milian, Kelly Jenrette, and Ravi Patel.

"The Grinder" sees Lowe portraying TV lawyer named Dean Sanderson who finds himself at a major crossroads when his long-running hit show comes to an end. Ultimately, he decides to move back to his tiny home town, where he fully believes he has the know-how to run his real-life family's law firm.

"Rosewood" stars Morris Chestnut as top Miami pathologist Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. who is known for finding "the secrets in bodies that others usually miss." Meanwhile, "Guide to Surviving Life" is a single camera comedy that celebrates the mistakes and misadventures after college years.

The three comedies and the drama join Ryan Murphy's "Scream Queens" and "The X-Files" revival in the FOX lineup.
