A Los Angeles County judge has issued warning to the 'Just My Luck' actress as she only finished 9 hours and 45 minutes of her remaining 125 community service hours.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan made a bad impression in court on Thursday, May 7. Los Angeles County Judge Mark Young issued a warning after LiLo completed only 9 hours and 45 minutes of her remaining 125 community service hours.

LiLo's lawyer Shawn Holley told the judge the actress couldn't finish her community service in London because her approved charity recently moved an hour and a half away. She has to pay $76 an hour for private transportation which made it "difficult."

Mark said, "She's had three years to take care of this. If it's not done by May 28, there will be consequence." The judge approved LiLo's request to return to Brooklyn Community Service, the group that placed her at Greene's Duffield Children's Center while she was filming "Lindsay" in 2014.

Prosecutors will seek jail time if LiLo misses the deadline. Melanie Skehar of Santa Monica City Attorney's Office told New York Daily News, "She's had every chance. I honestly don't see how she will get these hours done."

Brooklyn Community Center's supervisor couldn't immediately confirm about new placement for LiLo. "We haven't heard from her," supervisor Ashanti Shaheed told the site, "She served here before, and it was good."

LiLo's mom Dina Lohan said of her daughter's return to the U.S., "I don't have the logistics yet, but it's all good. She loves kids, so this will be really rewarding. She'll be home for Mother's Day." Dina added, "She will get it done, absolutely. Then it's onward and upward."

Dina said her daughter would probably be back to London after the deadline. "She loves London. She can go jogging in Hyde Park and no one bothers her. She's more at peace there," Dina said, "Of course she loves where she was born, but they're not targeting her over there."
