Sofia Vergara accuses Nick Loeb of using her name to gain attention while he claims she 'physically abused' him while they were dating.

AceShowbiz - Sofia Vergara and her ex Nick Loeb are having a media war over the legal battle regarding their frozen embryo. The "Hot Pursuit" actress took it to ABC's "Good Morning America" to address the drama while her former fiance went to the competing breakfast show "Today" on NBC.

"I really want to make this the last time I talk about it," Vergara told "GMA" anchor Amy Robach. "Because I don't think it's fair." She added, "It shouldn't be out there for people to give their opinion when there's nothing to talk about. There's papers signed. There is a court date. He shouldn't be creating something so ugly out of nothing."

"I've been working very hard for 20 years to get to this point," she said. "I promote all my movies, all my work, but I don't like promoting my private life and I don't understand why this person...I don't want to allow this person to take more advantage of my career and try to promote himself and get press for this."

"Just with the press, it's like, and allowing somebody to invent things and create press for himself," Vergara continued, before dissing her ex, "He's not an actor. He's not a celebrity." She then concluded, "I am having an amazing month with all these things that I get to do with my career, and he's got nothing."

Meanwhile on "Today", it's revealed that Loeb accused Vergara of being abusive. "She physically abused him on four separate occasions, she punched him in the face on two occasions, kicked him and threw her phone at his head," Hoda Kotb read from his complaint. "She also routinely bullied him, called him a loser, worthless and other degrading names."

When asked if he wanted to have "a baby" or "her baby," he replied, "It has nothing to do with a baby or her baby." It's about the "moral, legal, ethical concepts" regarding lives that "have already been created," he said. "I wouldn't just toss them aside no different than a child that had been born."
