The 'Avengers' actor walked out of interview with Khrisnan Guru-Murthy after being asked about his relationship with his father and his past drug use.

AceShowbiz - Robert Downey Jr. walked out of promotional interview for "Avengers: Age of Ultron" with Krishnan Guru-Murthy. He said "bye" to the BBC Channel 4 host after being asked about deep personal questions.

The interview which was supposed to discuss the actor's upcoming movie went awkward after Krishnan shifted the topic from his upcoming movie to his personal life. Robert seemed uncomfortable when Khrisnan asked him about his relationship with his father, jail time and past drug addiction. "Are we promoting a movie?" he said. Robert asked Khrisnan to jump into next question rather than to talk about his past and preferred to continue discussing his film.

"The reason I'm asking you about the past is that you've talked in other interviews about your relationship with your father and the role of all of that in the dark periods you've been to, taking drugs and drinking and all of that," Khrisnan said. "I'm wondering if you're free of all of that or if that's something you..."

It turns out that the actor didn't want to talk about his personal life at all as he immediately cut short the interview. "It's just getting a little Diane Sawyer in here," he said before leaving the interview room.
