Cle 'Bone' Sloan, who survived Suge's hit and run, tearfully testified in court on Monday, April 13 that he couldn't remember the fatal accident and would not snitch.

AceShowbiz - Cle "Bone" Sloan, the man who survived Suge Knight's fatal hit and run, appeared in court for Suge's preliminary hearing on Monday, April 13. Speaking about Suge, Cle tearfully testified that he couldn't remember the fatal accident and would not snitch.

"I don't want it to get misconstrued that I told on this man," Cle said, pointing at the former Death Row Records CEO. "I'm no snitch. I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison."

When Deputy District Attorney Cynthia Barnes asked Cle if he recognized Suge at the burger stand that day, he replied, "No ma'am." He also refused to identify Suge as the man behind the wheel of the truck which struck him. "I can't say this man ran me over," Cle said.

Cle said he was trying to forget details of the incident. "Every day, I try to forget it," he explained. "I just know, I screwed up, and Terry's dead."

When Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen said, "I find that this witness is being deceptive," Cle just shook his head. Cle agreed when Suge's lawyer said he attacked the music mogul prior to the crash but he denied carrying gun.

The hearing was recessed and will resume on Thursday, April 16, when the judge will rule whether the case should go to trial.
