Kim Howe's grown stepkids, though not having relationship with her, are going to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the former Olympic medalist.

AceShowbiz - Bruce Jenner may face a wrongful death lawsuit following a deadly car crash in early February that cost the life of a woman named Kim Howe. The woman's stepchildren are now consulting with lawyer to discuss the matter, TMZ reports.

The site notes that Kim's two grown stepkids had "virtually no relationship" with their stepmom. However, since Kim didn't have any immediate blood relatives, her stepchildren are the only remaining people who have a legal right to file a wrongful death lawsuit.

Kim's stepchildren reportedly won't inherit her property, including a trust with millions in assets. She wanted it to be used for charity. She allegedly also had $55k that will be donated to some animal charities, including, PETA, Lange Foundation, PAWS (Performing Animal Welfare Society), Doris Day Animal League and The Elephant Sanctuary of Tennessee.

Bruce was involved in the car crash when he was driving a black Escalade on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on February 7. His car towed an off-road vehicle when he rear-ended a white Lexus, causing a chain-reaction wreck. The Lexus bounced off a Prius before veering into oncoming traffic and colliding head-on with a black Hummer. The woman who died was driving the white car.
