A Compton rapper named Skeme admits in a radio interview that he had 'something to do' with the hit song, but denies he wrote the catchy hook sung by Charli XCX.

AceShowbiz - Iggy Azalea might have indeed hired a ghostwriter to write her verses on her "Fancy". Following months of rumors that the Australian native didn't write her own bars, Compton rapper named Skeme confirmed that he penned some lines on the smashing hit.

Skeme made the revelation during an interview on Sirius XM's "Sway on the Morning". At first, he was hesitant to talk about ghostwriting for Azalea, but he finally admitted, "We had something to do with it, a lot of vibe, a lot of push... We put trust funds up for that song."

He, however, denied speculations that he wrote the song's catchy hook sung by Charli XCX. "That's the part I didn't handle," he said before praising the British beauty, "So a shout-out to her. She's amazing."

Lifted off Azalea's debut album, "Fancy" was one of the biggest hits of 2014. It peaked at No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100 and was nominated for numerous awards at some prestigious awards events. However, many people have been wondering if Azalea really wrote the lyrics of the song.
