Some representatives for Walker's estate take legal action against the estate of Roger Rodas who was behind the wheel when they both died in a car wreck in November 2013.

AceShowbiz - The estate of the "Fast and Furious" star Paul Walker has filed a lawsuit against Roger Rodas' estate, alleging they failed to return the late actor's car collection. The lawsuit was filed on Friday, March 20 in Los Angeles Superior Court.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the lawsuit claimed Rodas had numerous vehicles owned by Walker that have not been returned to Walker's estate. The lawsuit said that Walker's estate demanded the return of the vehicles both orally and in writing, but Rodas' estate refused to return the vehicles. The suit lists 17 cars, including a 1969 Ford Mustang and a 2010 Audi R8.

Walker's estate is suing for the return of the vehicles, or value of the vehicles if they cannot be delivered, along with to be determined compensatory damages.

Meanwhile, Walker's dad, Paul Walker III, has been fighting with Rodas' relatives for several months over the possession of 30 luxury vehicles, worth around US$1.8 million, which were fully or partially owned by his son. He spoke to RadarOnline earlier this month and called the situation goofy. "I don't know a lot of stuff going on. The trust lawyers do that," he explained. He also added, "They said there's been no cooperation, no phone calls returned, nothing."
