A second man was taken into custody for first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Mirjana Puhar, her boyfriend, and a third victim.

AceShowbiz - A second man was arrested in the murders of "America's Next Top Model" alum Mirjana Puhar and two other victims. David Ezequel Lopez, 19, was taken into custody after turning himself over to authorities in Charlotte, North Carolina on Thursday, March 19.

Lopez joins Emmanuel Rangel, also 19, who was previously arrested in the triple homicide. Each will be charged with three accounts of first-degree murder. Rangel faces an additional murder charge in relation to a fatal parking lot shooting in Matthews, North Carolina.

Puhar, 19, was killed along with her beau, 23-year-old Jonathan Alvarado at his home on February 24. The third victim is his roommate, 21-year-old Jusmar Gonzaga-Garcia. Police believe Rangel knew the victims and the killings may have been drug-related.

Mirjana Puhar moved from Serbian to the United States with her family when she was a child. The brunette beauty started modeling at age 12. She competed on the recent 21th cycle of Tyra Banks' modeling competition and had a fling with another contestant Denzel.

In a profile published on the Charlotte Observer, Puhar revealed she dropped out of school in the 10th grade. "I was a wild child," she told the newspaper. "I went out, had fun, partied, whatever - I didn't really have the best influences around me."
