The 'R.I.P.D.' actor reveals the name of his daughter during an interview on NBC's breakfast show 'Today' three months after the baby was born.

AceShowbiz - After numerous chatters, Ryan Reynolds finally confirmed the name of his daughter. During a visit to "Today" show, the actor opened up that he and his actress wife Blake Lively named their baby girl James.
"It is Butternut Summersquash," the first-time dad joked to host Willie Geist before announcing the real name, "No, it's out there! It's out there. It's James. Everyone knows and I told everyone who would listen that."
"I didn't want to be the first guy screaming it out to the media because as we know, little girls turn into teenage girls and little teenage girls sometimes scan through the archives and go, 'Why did you do that?' " he joked.
Reynolds, 38, and Lively, 27, first met on the set of "Green Lantern" in 2010 and started dating after his split from then-wife Scarlett Johansson. They tied the knot in 2012 and welcomed little James in December 2014.
Johansson herself is now happily married to Romain Dauriac. They are proud parents to daughter Rose Dorothy.
