While the 'Never Say Never' hitmaker is sued by his former neighbor whose house was egged by the singer, his new neighbor Emmy says her first run-in with him will be the last for her.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber is sued by a former neighbor whose house was egged by the "Baby" singer and his friends back in January 2014, TMZ reports. Jeff Schwartz claims in his lawsuit he and his wife suffered emotional distress because one of Justin's bodyguards called him "little Jew boy."

Jeff says the incident happened on Memorial Day weekend of 2013 when Justin was speeding in his Ferrari around their Calabasas neighborhood. Jeff and his friend approached the "Never Say Never" crooner to warn him because he could put his life in danger, but the singer's bodyguards came out and one of them called him "little Jew boy," and repeatedly said, "What are you going to do about it, Jew boy?"

According to E! News, Jeff claims that previously Justin also threatened to kill him after he "calmly" went over the singer's residence and "politely" requested him not to speed around the neighborhood for the safety of the kids playing in the neighborhood. Justin allegedly sent his "two large bodyguards" who asked Jeff to leave.

As he walked away from the house, Jeff says Justin then "launched into an unprovoked tirade, threatening to 'f***ing kill' " him and charged at him in a "threatening manner." The bodyguards allegedly held him back as he repeatedly threatened to "f***ing kill" Jeff and "f***ing kick his ass." Jeff says Justin then "maliciously spit" on his face.

One of Justin's bodyguards came to Jeff's house to apologize for the spitting, but a couple months later the bodyguards yelled obscenities and threats at Jeff's wife and minor daughter when they met at the main gate of the neighborhood.

The couple is seeking unspecified damages for emotional distress. Justin's represetative hasn't commented on the issue yet.

In other news, Justin has now moved to a new house next to Emmy Rossum's. During a radio interview with Sirius XM's "Sway in the Morning", Emmy said her first run-in with Justin would definitely be her last because his bodyguards are "really scary."

"Justin Bieber just moved into the house next door to me," Emmy shared, "He's my new next door neighbor. I went over to kind of offer him a neighborly hello, and I'm not going to do that again, because he has, like, a ton of bodyguards there, and they're really scary."

Asked if she saw the "Beauty and a Beat" singer herself, the 28-year-old actress replied, "I saw him, he pulled up in his Bentley and then went inside... He was actually rapping as he got out of the car. He was like, 'Ball so hard motherf***ers wanna'... and I was like, yup, Justin Bieber is my neighbor, that's cool... It was so surreal to me, that I was like, 'I'm not going to go ask for a cup of sugar over there.' "

Asked if she would head to Justin's house for parties, Emmy said, "No. I don't think he's going to invite me. I think I'm too old for his demo. I'm 28. I think he wants young girls." The host asked her, "Are you single right now?" to which she replied, "No." Another host then quipped, "That's why you're not invited." Emmy then added, "I don't think he cares if a girl has a boyfriend, by the way... I don't think that's a pre-requisite for partying with Bieber."
