The 'Lizzy McGuire' star has dyed her blonde hair blue and showed off her new look in an Instagram picture.

AceShowbiz - Hilary Duff was spotted showing off her new hair color as she stepped out to run some errands on Wednesday, March 18, in Los Angeles. The 27-year-old actress also posted a photo to reveal her turquoise hair on her Instagram and captioned it, "@Ambahhh turned me into a mermaid last night ... love all u girls @riawnacapri @nikkilee901 @ninezeroone xx."
@Ambahhh refers to Duff's hairstylist, Amber Maynard, who works at Salon Zero Nine. Besides doing Duff's hair, Maynard has a long list of other celebrities as her clients including Demi Lovato, Helen Hunt, and Tommy Lee. It's still unclear if Duff's blue hair color is a wash-out or permanent one.
Before she changed her hair color, Duff with her friends and son, Luca, went on a vacation to the beach. She posted some pictures on her Instagram showing off her bikini body to her 2.9 million followers. She also posted a picture of her with Luca and captioned it, "Never knew love before..." The black-and-white picture showed her giving a kiss to her son while she carried him on the beach.
Last month, Duff filed for divorce from her former hockey player husband, Mike Comrie. Speaking to Cosmopolitan, she said, "Mike and I were very in love when we met. We both really wanted to get married. I'd been working since the age of 11 or 12, so making that choice at a young age seemed right for me. Maybe it wasn't, but we spent the majority of our time together really happy." They have been separated for more than a year and have a son together, 23-month-old Luca.
