'Murder in the First' Adds 'NCIS' Alum Sarah Jane Morris

The former 'Brothers and Sisters' actress joins A.J. Buckley and Emmanuelle Chriqui as new members on the upcoming 'Murder' season 2.

AceShowbiz - Sarah Jane Morris has joined "Murder in the First". She lands a potentially-recurring role as Mary McCormack, the wife to A.J. Buckley's Marty "Junior" McCormack, on the upcoming second season of the TNT procedural series.

The show is led by Taye Diggs and Kathleen Robertson who play two San Francisco homicide detectives. Aside from "NCIS" alum Morris and "CSI: NY" star Buckley, the forthcoming sophomore cycle also adds Emmanuelle Chriqui ("Entourage") as Gang Task Force member Lara Cruz.

Sarah Jane Morris, also known for her role as Julia Walker on ABC's drama "Brothers & Sisters", has also appeared on TV shows such as "Law & Order: Criminal Intent", "Castle", "Body of Proof", and "Criminal Minds". She recently starred on NBC's medical series "The Night Shift".
