The 'Batman Begins' actress and the 'Django Unchained' actor reportedly have been spending a lot of time together for over a year.

AceShowbiz - Katie Holmes has sparked Jamie Foxx dating rumors again. Multiple sources tell PEOPLE that the pair have been spending a lot of time together for over a year. However, it's nothing serious between them and sources don't expect Katie to take things to the next level with Jamie.
"This is not some intense romance," a source close to the situation tells the site, "Jamie and Katie are friends and have been for a long time. They are two adults who are attractive and single, and so apparently conclusions will be drawn. But contrary to those conclusions, they're not about to run off and make some serious commitment."
An insider says Katie has been "often" spotted visiting Jamie at his nearby home. They allegedly "spend hours together" at a time.
Neither Katie nor Jamie's representatives have commented on the report yet.
Dating rumors between Katie and Jamie first began swirling in 2013 after they were spotted dancing together at the 4th annual Apollo in the Hamptons benefit in East Hampton, New York. The "Django Unchained" actor later denied the rumors, telling ET's Nancy O'Dell that their relationship was platonic despite reports stating otherwise.
"[The rumors] are one hundred percent not true," he said at that time, "In fact, it's quite hilarious because we simply danced at a charity event along with a lot of other people."
