Being a good sport, the POTUS doesn't seem to be upset when reading sarcastic tweets directed at him and even plays along with Kimmel who jokes about the president's birthplace.

AceShowbiz - "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" welcomed a VIP as a guest on Thursday night, March 12. President Barack Obama stopped by the show to discuss some serious topics and was asked to read mean things people tweet about him in the new edition of #MeanTweets.

"Is there any way we could fly Obama to some gold course halfway around the world and just leave him there?" @RWSurferGirl tweeted. The president didn't seem to be upset, inserting his own comment in between reading the tweets. He agreed with a Twitter user who criticized his jeans.

During a sit-down with Jimmy Kimmel, President Obama discussed the recent shooting incident in Ferguson, Mo. Calling whoever shot at police officers "criminals," he said, "What had been happening in Ferguson was oppressive and objectionable and was worthy of protest. But there was no excuse for criminal acts."

"They need to be arrested. And then what we need to do is make sure like-minded, good-spirited people on both sides, law enforcement who have a terrifically tough job and people who understand they don't want to be stopped and harassed because of their race, that we're able to work together to try and come up with some good answers."

When Kimmel joked about his birthplace, although he had set things clear by providing his birth certificate to deny a claim that he was born in Kenya, the president played along with the host. "I can't drive. I mean I can, but...," Obama said when asked if he could drive. Kimmel asked again, "Is that because you don't have a birth certificate?" and the president jokingly responded, "In Kenya we drive on the other side of the street."
