Sarina-Joi doesn't make it into the top 11 as the judges decided not to use the save for her, while Daniel Seavey is surprisingly safe.

AceShowbiz - The celebration for being the 12 finalists of "American Idol" season 14 didn't last long as the remaining contestants had to prepare for their next performance and face an elimination on Thursday night, March 12. In this episode, the singing hopefuls performed with the theme of "Get the Party Started".

Like the semi-final round, those who were announced safe would immediately sing to get viewers' votes which would determine next week's results. Rayvon Owen was the first to be announced safe. He sang Ellie Goulding's "Burn". Keith Urban liked that Rayvon kept improving, while Jennifer Lopez admitted it was better than she thought it would be. Harry Connick Jr. said it was one of Rayvon's best performances, but wanted to see him doing something different.

Maddie Walker also advanced. She sang "She's Country" by Jason Aldean and Keith could tell that she wasn't comfortable on stage although he praised her for taking chances. J.Lo liked the song choice and her strong vocals, while Harry thought her performance was too much like the record.

Joey Cook was safe and sang "Fancy" by Iggy Azalea. Harry gave her A-pluses on arrangement, vocals and stage presence. Keith basically loved everything about the performance. J.Lo wanted a bit more melody but liked it that Joey put her own spit on the popular song.

Clark Beckham was called next. He took the stage after a performance of "No Apologies" by Jussie Smollett and Yazz. Clark covered The Doobie Brothers' "Takin' it to the Streets" and played the piano. Keith thought it was impressive but not inspiring as he pointed out that Clark didn't express the song well.

Jax sang "Blank Space" by Taylor Swift and tried to put a spin on it, but Harry said it was a carbon copy and noted that Jax struggled to sing the groove. J.Lo didin't like the song choice, as Keith echoed Harry about Jax struggling with the melody.

Qaasim Middleton performed "Jet" by Paul McCartney and Wings with a guitar. Harry though that the performance didn't match the theme of the song, but J.Lo and Keith begged to differ. J.Lo thought Qaasim could turn any song into a party song to fit that episode's theme.

Adanna Duru was also safe and picked "Runaway Baby" by Bruno Mars. Keith thought the judges made the right decision by picking her as one of the wildcard choices. Harry praised her improvement and said that the song suited her.

Tyanna Jones got a standing ovation from Keith and J.Lo for her performance of "Tightrope" by Janelle Monae. The female judge said she got goosies, as Harry gave her 10 out of 10 for the performance.

Daniel Seavey followed the footsteps of Tyanna to be announced safe. He sang Pharrell Williams' "Happy" to show off his vocal prowess. Harry called it the most natural performance of the season so far, but wasn't sure if it's enough to keep him on the show next week. Keith, however, thought Daniel would be back next week and J.Lo is rooting for him.

Quentin Alexander joined the top 11. He sang Adele's "Rolling in the Deep". Keith praised the arrangement. J.Lo also loved it, but Harry said that the disco-y performance glossed over the message of the song.

Nick Fradiani was also safe, meaning that Sarina-Joi Crowe was in jeopardy. Nick sang "Wake Me Up" by Aloe Blacc. J.Lo felt the emotion but noted that Nick screamed at points. Harry wanted to see more of Nick and Keith was sure that Nick would be in the top 10.

Sarina-Joi Crowe, meanwhile, sang for the save. She opted to go with "Neon Lights" by Demi Lovato. It showed her potential but not spectacular enough to save her. The judges decided not to use the save, so Sarina-Joi was eliminated.

Next Wednesday, the top 10 will be revealed.
