Weezy was not home when police swarmed his residence after receiving an alarming call that shots were fired at the house.

AceShowbiz - Lil Wayne is not injured despite report of shootings at his home in Miami. The rapper hasn't said a word regarding the incident, but his label has revealed that the rapper was not at home when police responded to the alarming call on Wednesday, March 11.

"Wayne is okay. Wasn't home during alleged events," Young Money assured fans on Twitter. The label's president Mack Maine added in a separate post, "Everybody good on our side...thanks for the concern."

Police rushed to 94 La Gorce Circle on an island off Miami Beach after receiving a call on the non-emergency line at 12:45 P.M. informing that shots were fired at the residence. Authorities wouldn't confirm that the property belonged to Weezy, but multiple news outlets reported it was his house.

No victim was found despite report of several people getting injured. Police expressed concerns that it might be a case of swatting or prank call. "Swatting is a possibility but MBPD does not take chances when responding to these types of calls," Miami Beach Police Department tweeted.

In December 2012, a juvie was arrested in connection with swatting prank targeting celebrities like Ashton Kutcher, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Simon Cowell, and Tom Cruise. The teenage boy was charged with felony in a petition in a juvenile court.
