The former 'Breaking Bad' actor will serve as producer for a stage show starring Matthew Morrison and Kelsey Grammer.

AceShowbiz - Bryan Cranston who won a Tony for Best Leading Actor for his Broadway debut playing President Lyndon B. Johnson in "All the Way" is returning to the Great White Way, but not as a cast member. The former "Breaking Bad" star will produce "Finding Neverland" which will begin performances March 15 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.

The story centers on Peter Pan author JM Barrie and his relationship with widow Sylvia Llewelyn Davies and her young sons that inspired him to create the classic story of a boy who never grew up. It was previously brought to the stage by film producer Harvey Weinstein, marking his first foray into theatre.

The musical was later turned into a film of the same name in 2004. Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet played the lead roles. Directed by Marc Forster, it nabbed multiple Oscar nods and won one for Best Original Score.

The new stage production will star "Glee" star Matthew Morrison as Barrie and "Frasier" actor Kelsey Grammer as his producer. Directed by Tony Award winner Diane Paulus, it will feature a book by James Graham and musical numbers by Take That's Gary Barlow with choreography by Emmy-winning dancer Mia Michaels.

Weinstein said, "We were so thrilled that he wanted to come on board as an investor - having him as an ally and offering his overall support of this production means the world. He has given Diane and me such smart, constructive creative advice."
