Lionel Richie slams Kanye for using N-word during his performance at the BRIT Awards while Liam Gallagher just didn't like the rapper's performance in general.

AceShowbiz - After bashing the likes of Taylor Swift and Beck in the past, Kanye West now gets criticized by fellow musicians such as Lionel Richie and Liam Gallagher. The rapper takes the heat over his performance at BRIT Awards this week.

Introduced by his wife Kim Kardashian, Kanye debuted his new song "All Day" at London's O2 Arena on Wednesday evening, February 25. After the show, Lionel who presented British Single to Mark Ronson at the event slammed the hip-hop star for using N-word while Liam just didn't like the rap star's performance in general.

"Am I fan of the N-word?" Lionel told Daily Mirror. "Not coming from the 1960s and '70s. Whereas the new world has embraced it. I don't think it's Ok for a black man to use the N-word. I don't like it - and I am a black man. I don't think it should be said and become normal ... Kanye is giving us the generation shock value. How he carries on for the next 10 years, we will see."

Meanwhile, Liam reached out to the rapper through Twitter. "Kanye West. Utter S--t. LG x," the former Oasis star wrote before adding, "@kanyewest ...And you're a million miles away from College Dropout. That's artistry. LG x."

Kanye West has since made peace with Taylor Swift and apologized to Beck, but he hasn't responded to Lionel Richie's and Liam Gallagher's criticisms.
