AceShowbiz - Dakota Johnson shared a tense moment with her mother Melanie Griffith whom she brought as her date to the 87th annual Academy Awards on Sunday, February 22. The 25-year-old actress snapped at her mom during a conversation about her kinky movie "Fifty Shades of Grey".
"She's a really good actress. I don't need to see that to know how good she is," Griffith said when asked by ABC's Lara Spencer if she had seen the film. Johnson looked unimpressed by her mother's answer as she replied, "Alright, you don't have to see it," before turning away from the camera.
Dakota Johnson was red hot at the prestigious prize-giving ceremony that day, looking gorgeous in a Saint Laurent dress. "I got up kind of early," she said of her preparation for the big event. "I got ready at, like, 12:30 P.M.!" Meanwhile, her mother opted for a black Roland Mouret dress.
