AceShowbiz - The first look of Jason Momoa in "Aquaman" is revealed, courtesy of Zack Snyder. Arriving via the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" director's Twitter page on Thursday, February 19, the image sees Momoa looking fierce with long hair. Sporting armor and tattoos on his body, Momoa stares at the camera. A trident is also seen in the photo. "There is only one true King. #unitetheseven," Snyder captioned it.

Momoa recently said that his character who has the ability to live underwater and talk to sea creatures would not sport blond hair. Speaking to fans at the Smart Works panel at the Sundance Film Festival in late January, the actor said, "Well, just going off what you've seen so far ma'am, I don't think he is going to be blonde or white."

Aquaman has been widely reported to make his first appearance in "Batman v Superman". Starring Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as the Caped Crusader, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Amy Adams as Lois Lane, it is set to hit theaters in the U.S. on March 25, 2016. The "Aquaman" solo movie, meanwhile, is set for release in 2018.
