AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber has begun poking fun at himself in the first promo for his Comedy Central roast. In the video, shirtless Bieber opens up his arms before he's pelted with eggs. Comedy Central posted the video on its social media sites and captioned it, "Watch Justin Bieber learn how poor, defenseless houses feel."
The teaser is a reference to Bieber's egg throwing scandal in which he was charged with one misdemeanor count of vandalism for throwing eggs at his Calabasas neighbour's home in January 2014. He got two years' probation, was sentenced to pay US$80,900 in restitution and to complete twelve weeks of anger management and five days of community service.
Bieber's roast will air Monday, March 30 on Comedy Central. Kevin Hart is tapped as the roast master.
In another TV appearance, the "All Around the World" hitmaker has just made his third appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in a month. He stopped by the talk show on Monday, February 16 to prank call a fan who will have the chance to meet Ellen DeGeneres and Bieber at an upcoming taping. "I just love doing prank phone calls with my friends. Like probably top five favorite things to do," he told the host before making the call.
The 20-year-old Canadian star first appeared on "Ellen DeGeneres Show" this year on January 29 during which he surprised DeGeneres for her birthday and apologized for his actions over the past year. He released an apology video shortly after his appearance on the show. He later returned to the show on February 4 to explain why he made the apology video.
