'The Bachelor' Recap: Stalker's Return and Emergency Situation
TV

Jordan, who was eliminated in week two, shows up at cocktail party and Kelsey receives medical attention in the episode that ends without a rose ceremony.

AceShowbiz - "The Bachelor" returned on Monday, February 2 with a weird date, an unexpected return, and a cliffhanger at the end of the episode. It began with a one-on-one date with Carly. She and Chris Soules met a "Love Guru" who taught them some chanting and deep breathing exercises.

Carly also fed Chris strawberries and chocolate while he was blindfolded and they later removed each other's robes. They also straddled each other and kissed. The pair found it "awkward and weird," as Carly called it the "worst date of my life."

Later that night, they sat by a fireplace and Carly talked about her ex-boyfriend who "never wanted to be physical with" her. She thanked Chris for making her feel special. They kissed and Soules gave her a rose.

For the group date with Ashley I., Becca, Jade, Kaitlyn, Kelsey, Mackenzie, Megan, Samantha and Whitney, Chris took them whitewater rafting down the Rio Grande River. Jade suffered hyperthermia but was fine later.

In the evening when Chris was about to meet the women for a get-together, Jordan who was eliminated in episode 2 unexpectedly showed up. She wanted to talk with him and apologized for being drunk all the time.

Chris brought Jordan to a cocktail party with the women of his group date and they were not happy. Realizing that Jordan's return made everyone "tense," he sent Jordan home and continued the party with the other ladies. He gave a rose to Whitney.

Next was a one-on-one date with Britt. Chris woke her up at 4:30 A.M. and took her on a hot air balloon ride. Britt admitted she was afraid of heights, but she felt safe with Chris. They kissed in hot air balloon and later made out a lot more in a a hotel room. She got a rose.

Meanwhile, Kelsey apparently tried to use her sad about about her husband's suicide to gain sympathy, but the girls seemed to distrust her. She also shared the story to Chris before the rose ceremony and landed a kiss from Chris. Kelsey then absurdly told the camera, "Isn't my story amazing? It's tragic, but amazing. I love my story."

Chris then talked to host Chris Harrison. He seemed shaken up after learning of Kelsey's story and decided that there wouldn't be a cocktail party. Kelsey was later seen lying on the floor near the bathroom and crying without an explanation. Some emergency technicians tended to her and the episode ended without a rose ceremony.
