AceShowbiz - AMC has debuted another promo for the midseason premiere of "The Walking Dead". It contains a mix of previously seen and new footage. The fresh scenes include the one featuring the group, including Rick, Daryl, Andrea, Maggie and others on the road. Rick is also seen in the barn, walking away from the rest of the survivors who stand still behind him. In another shot, Glenn is featured shooting someone or something unseen in the woods.
"The Walking Dead" returns with the remainder of its fifth season on Sunday, February 8 at 9 P.M. ET on AMC. According to the synopsis for the 11th episode titled "The Distance", after withstanding a spectacular storm, Rick and the others meet what appears to be a friendly person, but find themselves mistrustful.
Ross Marquand is added as a new series regular who will be introduced at some point during the last eight episodes. His role is not revealed yet, but there has been a speculation that he may portray Aaron, a resident of the Alexandria Safe-Zone. In the comic, Aaron crosses path with Rick and the group while they are on the way to Washington, D.C., and recruits them to join his community.
