Big Sean Sets Release Date of New Album 'Dark Sky Paradise'

The Detroit rapper has also teased Drake's appearance on the new LP slated for February 24 by sharing a preview of their collaboration on Snapchat.

AceShowbiz - Big Sean's "Dark Sky Paradise" has an official release date. After revealing the album's title and cover art, the Detroit rapper announced in a trailer posted on YouTube on Monday, January 26 that he'd release what will be his third LP on February 24.

Previously on Sunday, Sean hinted that he'd finished working on the follow-up to 2013's "Hall of Fame" when he cryptically tweeted, "Done." Later in the day, he shared the artwork featuring a black sky with the words "Dark Sky Paradise" written on it.

Jhene Aiko, PARTYNEXTDOOR, DJ Mustard, DJ Khaled, Ty Dolla $ign, Pusha T and E-40 then seemingly confirmed their involvement with the record by reposting the image on their respective social media account.

Drake is another big name enlisted for the album. Sean has teased the Canadian rapper's appearance by sharing a snippet of their collaboration on his new Snapchat account bigseansnapped.

"Dark Sky Paradise" has so far spawned one single, "I Don't F**k With U". It peaked at No. 11 on Billboard 200 and at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and Hot Rap Songs charts.
