The husband of Blake Lively discusses life after the birth of his daughter, 'It's amazing that you can be that exhausted and that happy at the same time.'

AceShowbiz - Ryan Reynolds is adjusting to fatherhood quite well, and seems to be a hands-on father. Speaking at Sundance Film Festival, he says life is great after his daughter was born. "I gotta jump in and do all those sorts of things," he opened up to PEOPLE.

"I mean, I've even tried breastfeeding," the first-time dad joked. "It's frustrating for the baby and frankly disturbing for me ... not well is the answer." He added, "It's amazing that you can be that exhausted and that happy at the same time."

Reynolds, 38, and his actress wife Blake Lively, 27, welcomed their first child together in December, two years after they got married. He once said, "I don't have a weak stomach. I'm good with diapers and diarrhea and all that kind of stuff because I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I've done it all before."

The hunky actor was at the Sundance to promote his new film, "Mississippi Grind".
