Justin Bieber on 'SNL' Spoof of His Calvin Klein Ads: 'Well Played'
TV

The Canadian superstar laughs at the parody, while his on-again/off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez reportedly 'thought it was hysterical.'

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber seemed to give his approval to "Saturday Night Live" spoof of his Calvin Klein ads. Following the airing of the January 17 episode of the NBC sketch series, the pop superstar tweeted, "@nbcsnl well played. Lol."

While Bieber's tweet hinted that he had no problem with it, a source begged to differ. A source allegedly close to the 20-year-old singer told HollywoodLife.com, "Justin hated the skits about him on 'SNL'. It made him wonder if he should ever do the show again because they did that to him. But cooler heads prevailed and he just vented to anyone who would listen that he thought the skits were mean spirited. He did not have a sense of humor over it."

His on-again/off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, meanwhile, allegedly loved the parody. "Selena watched SNL's parody on Justin and thought it was hysterical. She couldn't stop laughing. Selena thought Kate's impression was spot on," a source said.

In the skit, Kate McKinnon impersonated the "Boyfriend" hitmaker. The fake Bieber showed off his muscles and claimed that he's "a big boy now." He added, "I'm not supposed to drink, but I do," and pointed to his crotch, "Yeah, my pee pee's in there."
