A representative for the legendary singer confirms the baby's arrival, saying her name means purpose which is 'one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa.'

AceShowbiz - Stevie Wonder is a father again. A representative for the legendary musician confirmed that his girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy had given birth to a baby girl named Nia. The rep told Us Weekly that the baby's name means purpose, which is "one of the seven principles of [the African American annual festival] Kwanzaa."

Wonder confirmed Bracy's pregnancy during an appearance on "The View" last month. At that time, he revealed he'd be a dad to another baby girl as he denied reports claiming he was expecting triplets.

"I got, how many, 22 kids?" he joked and then told the show's hosts, "It's not true. The truth is we're going to have a wonderful daughter, born in December, [and her] name is going to be Nia, which [means] purpose."

Wonder is now a father of nine. Two of them, including baby Nia, are his kids with Bracy. His seven other children, meanwhile, were born to several other women.

The "Isn't She Lovely" hitmaker was previously married to Syreeta Wright from 1970 to 1971 and Karen "Kai" Millard Morris from 2001 until 2012.
