The 'Maleficent' actress was returning home when two tires of her chauffeured car popped after the vehicle slipped on the wet road and hit a curb.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie was involved in a minor accident on Sunday night, November 30. According to X17online, the 39-year-old actress' tires popped at around 6:45 P.M. after her chauffeured black SUV slipped on the wet road and hit a curb on her way home from "Unbroken" screening at Writers' Guild Theater in Beverly Hills.
An eyewitness told the site, "The car slammed into the curb at a significant speed. Angelina must have wondered if they hit another car. It was pretty bad - the tire exploded and it's amazing nothing worse happened to the car. I wouldn't be surprised if she has whiplash." Angelina was then picked by another driver in a second hired car.
At the screening, Angelina was seen wearing a white dress covered by a chic white cashmere coat and a pair of nude heels. The "Mr and Mrs Smith" actress completed her look with large sunglasses and a Louis Vuitton handbag.
"Unbroken" previously had its worldwide premiere in Sydney on November 17. Produced and directed by Angelina, the movie tells the story of Olympian and war hero Louis "Louie" Zamperini. The heroic flick, which stars Jack O'Connell, Miyavi, Garrett Hedlund and Domhnall Gleeson, is set to hit U.S. theaters on December 25.
