The internet streaming giant continues its expansion after coming to countries across Europe last September.

AceShowbiz - "House of Cards" and "Orange Is the New Black" fans in Australia and New Zealand will soon be able to watch the shows at the same time it's available for Netflix's customers in the United States. The internet streaming service has announced plan to expand to those two countries in March 2015.

That will bring the number of countries and territories Netflix serves to more than 50. Just last September, the company started to venture into six European countries, including France and Germany.

The company said in a statement that "internet-connected users ... will be able to subscribe to Netflix and instantly watch a curated selection of popular movies and TV shows in high-definition or even 4K where available."

"Marco Polo", "BoJack Horseman" and DreamWorks Animation's"All Hail King Julien" are some of Netflix's original series to be offered in Australia and New Zealand. Details about pricing, programming and supported devices will be revealed "at a later date."

Netflix's announcement to launch in Australia and New Zealand comes around the same time Nielsen Media announced that it would measure subscription online video services, including Netlfix and Amazon Prime.
