The judge, who summoned Justin to appear before a court in Argentina within 60 days, claims there's enough evidence to question him over an alleged attack involving his bodyguards.

AceShowbiz - An Argentine investigative judge revealed that there's enough evidence to question Justin Bieber over an alleged attack involving his bodyguards. Judge Facundo Cubas said that the evidence showed Justin ordering his bodyguards to chase down a photographer to take away his camera.

"The evidence from witnesses, footage and photos shows that [Justin] didn't want his pictures taken," Facundo said in an interview with the Associated Press on Friday, November 14, "That led his bodyguards to chase down after the photographers and it was followed by a beating."

Matias Morla, lawyer of photographer Diego Pesoa who alleged he was beaten up by Justin's bodyguards, told C5N TV, "Bieber has to come to Argentina, and it won't be to sing." On November 13, he tweeted a photo of Facundo's summons and a picture of Justin in his jail outfit. "Coming soon," he wrote alongside Justin's shot.

On Thursday, Facundo summoned Justin for questioning and asked Interpol to alert the "Never Say Never" singer to appear before a court in Argentina within 60 days. The judge said he would issue an international arrest order if the "Baby" hitmaker fails to comply.

Justin could face up to one year in prison if convicted on a charge of causing minor injuries.

Representative for the 20-year-old singer has not commented on the issue yet.
