AceShowbiz - Geri Halliwell is engaged to her Formula One boss beau Christian Horner. The 42-year-old English singer-songwriter announced her engagement in a small newspaper notice in the Births, Marriages and Deaths pages of The Times on Tuesday, November 11.
The official announcement read, "Mr C.E.J. Horner OBE and Geri Halliwell, The engagement is announced between Christian, son of Mr and Mrs G.M. Horner and Geraldine, daughter of the late Mr L.F. Halliwell and Mrs A. Parkinson."
The former Spice Girls member has been publicly dating Christian since March after they became friends in 2009. Geri was previously linked to screenwriter Sacha Gervasi, Italian billionaire Fabrizio Politi and Russell Brand. She has an 8-year-old daughter from her relationship with Sacha.
Christian, meanwhile, recently split from his long-term partner Beverley Allen just six months after she gave birth to their daughter Olivia.
Geri's decision to share the news of her impending wedding on The Times follows Benedict Cumberbatch's engagement notice in the same page last week.
