AceShowbiz - The competition is on for the 2015 People's Choice Awards. "Mom" stars Anna Faris and Allison Janney were on hand to reveal the full list of nominees at the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles on early Tuesday, November 4.
In TV field, "Grey's Anatomy" and "Once Upon a Time" lead the pack with six each. The former is listed among nominees for Favorite Network TV Drama, Favorite Dramatic TV Actor (Patrick Dempsey, Jesse Williams and Justin Chambers), Favorite Dramatic TV Actress (Ellen Pompeo) and Favorite TV Character We Miss Most (Dr. Cristina Yang played by Sandra Oh).
"Once" is vying for the coveted Favorite TV Show title along with favorite shows "The Big Bang Theory", "Game of Thrones", "NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service" and "The Walking Dead". The ABC fantasy drama is also in the running for Favorite Network Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show, Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress (Ginnifer Goodwin and Jennifer Morrison), Favorite TV Duo (Ginnifer Goodwin & Josh Dallas) and Favorite TV Character We Miss Most (Neal Cassidy played by Michael Raymond-James).
"Bones", "Supernatural" and "The Vampire Diaries" trail behind "Grey's" and "Once" with five apiece. "Big Bang Theory", "NCIS", "Chicago Fire" and "Scandal" are some other shows with multiple nominations.
In talk show category, Conan O'Brien, Craig Ferguson, David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon and Jimmy Kimmel are up against each other for favorite host title. Meanwhile, "America's Got Talent", "Dancing with the Stars", "Hell's Kitchen", "MasterChef" and "The Voice" are all in contention for Favorite Competition TV Show.
"The Flash", "Gotham", "How to Get Away with Murder" and "NCIS: New Orleans" are up for Favorite New TV Drama, while "Bad Judge", "Black-ish" and "Jane the Virgin" are among the nominees for Favorite New TV Comedy.
Voting is now open on People's Choice website and continues until Thursday, December 4 at 11:59 P.M. The winners in TV, movie and music will all be announced in a gala held Wednesday, January 7 and aired live from Nokia Theater L.A. starting 9 P.M. ET on CBS with Anna Faris and Allison Janney as the hosts.
