The 'Shake It Off' singer will be joined by Vance Joy at all of her North American shows and Shawn Mendes at select dates.

AceShowbiz - 2015 will be another busy year for Taylor Swift. The singer will continue promoting her latest album "1989" by embarking on a world tour. "So yeah, #The1989WorldTour is happening!! I CANNOT WAIT!" she told her Twitter followers on Monday, November 3. She also attached a link to a brief trailer.
The tour will first hit North America and Europe. It's opening at CenturyLink Center in Bossier City, Louisiana on May 20, 2015 and will come to other U.S. cities like Detroit, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Philadephia before being brought to European cities starting on June 20 until June 27, 2015.
The tour will return to North America in early July. Oddly, the newly-appointed NYC tourism ambassador hasn't planned any concert in her new home.
Swift has hired Australian singer/songwriter Vance Joy to serve as an opening act for all of the North American dates. Vine star Shawn Mendes will also join the tour for select dates.
Fans who join Swift's mailing list will have access to pre-sale tickets. Pre-sales for North America shows start November 7. Pre-sales for European shows start on November 4.
"1989", Swift's fifth album and her first pop effort, is currently on course to open at No. 1 on Billboard 200 with more than 1.2 million copies sold. She has picked "Blank Space" as the second single off the album and she'll perform it live during the 2014 American Music Awards on November 23.
