The 'Enough of No Love' singer reportedly won't be charged after attacking a woman she encountered at her rumored boyfriend's house in September.

AceShowbiz - Keyshia Cole won't be prosecuted for attacking a woman named Sabrina Mercadel at Birdman's condo, TMZ reports. Sources at L.A. City Attorney's Office tell the site that they will not charge the Grammy-nominated singer.

According to the site, prosecutors have told Keyshia to appear at an informal office hearing instead of going to trial. At the hearing, an officer from the City Attorney's Office will listen to the 33-year-old songstress and Sabrina before deciding to give her a strict warning for her action. She may be ordered to take anger management courses.

Earlier this month, Sabrina filed a lawsuit against Keyshia. She accused the singer of "punching her in the face, slashing her with fingernails and throwing objects at her." She claimed that her neck, back and finger were injured. She reportedly obtained a restraining order against Keyshia.

Last month, Keyshia was reportedly arrested for battery and an outstanding reckles driving warrant after attacking and leaving scratches all over Sabrina's face at Birdman's house. She was later released after posting a $46,000 bail.
