The '7th Heaven' actor, who was secretly recorded allegedly admitting to exposing himself to some children, says in document related to divorce proceeding that he's now out of job.

AceShowbiz - Stephen Collins is unemployed after an audio of him confessing to exposing himself to some children emerged earlier this month. Collins, who is currently in the process of divorcing his wife Faye Grant, reveals some info regarding his financial situation in his legal document, obtained by TMZ.

Collins' lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says in the document, "Faye's decision to parade that recording ... has resulted in Stephen having no income other than investment income and pension income." He also reveals, "Stephen suffers greatly from the pillaring (sic) by the media surrounding Faye's unlawful recording."

Following the emergence of the shocking audio which apparently was secretly taken during a therapy session in 2012, Collins' appearance in the upcoming movie "Ted 2" and on "Scandal" would be edited out. His talent agency also dropped him about a week later.

Collins' estranged wife has said that she had nothing to do with the release of the audio to public, but Collins' camp claimed the release of the audio was her attempt to extort some money from the actor during the divorce proceeding. Reacting to the allegation, Grant said, "With regard to the divorce proceedings, I am seeking no more than that to which I am legally entitled under the laws of the State of California. The recording of Mr. Collins' statements has not been part of family court proceedings or any negotiations related to that action at any time."
