A representative for the 'Basic Instinct' star has commented on the Nick Loeb dating rumor, saying that 'there is no truth' to it.

AceShowbiz - Sharon Stone, who recently was seen stepping out with Sofia Vergara's former fiance Nick Loeb, has denied that she is in romantic relationship with Loeb. A representative for the "Basic Instinct" star refuted the dating speculation on Thursday, October 9, telling E! News, "They were out with mutual friends and were introduced. There is no truth to dating rumors."
A representative for Loeb also denied that the businessman was seeing the 56-year-old actress. "Nick and Sharon attended a few of the same events while she was visiting New York. That's his gal pal," the rep said.
Stone and Loeb were seen attending the Friars Foundation Gala at the Waldorf Astoria on Tuesday. "Sharon and Nick did not arrive together at the event but both were in attendance. They did however go down to the lobby bar afterwards for a drink," a source claimed.
On Wednesday, the pair reportedly were seen after midnight at Omar's La Ranita in NYC for the "Clouds of Sils Maria" afterparty. "Nick and Sharon were spotted out getting cozy on a double date with friends TV personality Tom Murro and Miss New York Jillian Tapper," a source told Us Weekly. "They sat cuddled up in one spot the entire time."
Muro shared a photo of the outing on Instagram. "Had a blast with my buddy @nickloeb last night at Omar's for the NYFF Clouds Of Sils Maria NYC Movie Premiere after-party with Kristen Stewart -- Oh yeah, and Sharon Stone was with us too!" he captioned it.
