AceShowbiz - President Barack Obama attended Democratic National Committee fundraiser at Gwyneth Paltrow's house in Brentwood, California on Thursday, October 9. The event, which ticket starts at $1,000, was also attended by Julia Roberts and Bradley Whitford among others.

Speaking in front of the guests, Paltrow told President Obama that she's "one of [his] biggest fans, if not the biggest." The "Iron Man 3" star, who was joined by her children Apple and Moses at the fundraiser, talked about sustainable energy efforts as well as Obama's push for equal pay which she said was "very important to me as a working mother."

During her speech, Paltrow also called the president an "incredible role model." She concluded her brief talk by telling him, "You're so handsome that I can't speak properly."

As reported by The Wrap, President Obama spoke for 25 minutes and touched some subjects including ebola and ISIS. "I want to assure everybody that the likelihood of an epidemic here in the United States is extraordinarily small, but there's a humanitarian crisis that's happening right now in West Africa where children not much older, and in some cases younger than Apple and Moses are dying on the streets alone," he said.
