AceShowbiz - Bethenny Frankel was scolded by a judge for wearing her 4-year-old daughter's sleepwear. "No more pajamas!" Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Gesmer told her lawyer during a hearing Thursday, October 2 as part of her divorce proceedings with estranged husband Jason Hoppy.
"It was done as a joke," Frankel's lawyer responded, but the judge was not amused as she said, "It's not a joke. Her child is not a joke." The judge expressed her concerns about the picture being on the Internet for a long time until Frankel's daughter, Bryn, was able read the post herself.
The said photo posted in July shows the former star of "The Real Housewives of new York City" in Bryn's Hello Kitty clothes. "This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?" so the 43-year-old Bravo reality TV star wrote in the caption.
Frankel and Hoppy each initially sought sole custody of their daughter before eventually agreeing to share responsibility earlier this year. Both were not present during the recent court hearing.
