AceShowbiz - Nicole Scherzinger has picked a new song titled "Run" as the first U.S. single from her upcoming album, "Big Fat Lie". The former member of The Pussycat Dolls launched the official version of the track on Tuesday, September 30.

"Run" is a heartbreaking slow-tempo ballad produced by Felix Snow. Over the piano, Scherzinger shares some advice for his ex's current lady. "Don't let him lead you to the dark/ Don't tell him all your secrets/ He'll leave you with a broken heart," she sings.

"Big Fat Lie", Scherzinger's second solo effort, is produced by Tricky Stewart and The-Dream. Having also spawned "Your Love" and "On the Rocks", the LP will be released in the U.K. on October 20. It will come to the U.S. in early 2015 via Epic Records.

"I've battled a lot of issues and demons, as we all do growing up But I finally feel confident in my own skin, and so I'm open enough to talk about love, insecurities, relationships, my sensual side. I've found my own musical soundtrack to my soul," she has said of her new music.
