Khalifa is seeking joint custody of his baby boy, challenging his estranged wife's request for full custody.

AceShowbiz - Wiz Khalifa has filed paperwork in response to Amber Rose's divorce filing. The rapper whose real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz cites irreconcilable differences as the reason of their split, mirroring what his estranged wife said in her own divorce papers.
Khalifa, however, disagrees with Rose's desire for full physical custody of their 1-year-old son Sebastian Taylor Thomaz. The lyricist counters the model's request by asking the court to grant him joint custody and visitation rights of the little boy.
According to TMZ, Rose who just got signed to Nick Cannon's management company will get $1 million for being married to Khalifa for one year as she demanded in their prenup. She will also reportedly receive more than $5,000 in monthly spousal support.
Rose and Khalifa married on July 8, 2013, after welcoming their son in February that year. According to the prenuptial agreement, she will get spousal support as well.
Infidelity rumors have been surrounding their split. "Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this.....," she recently tweeted. "Unfortunately my now ex husband can't say the same�."
She added, "I'm devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u for all the support in this difficult time."
