Justin Bieber to Voice 'Knight Rider' Car in David Hasselhoff Comedy
Movie

The 'Heartbreaker' singer joins the cast of celebrity death pool movie 'Killing Hasselhoff' as the new voice of Michael Knight's famous car.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber is going to voice "Knight Rider" smart car KITT in an upcoming movie. Instead of joining a feature film reboot of the original 80's TV series, he is tapped for a celebrity death pool comedy called "Killing Hasselhoff" which stars the original Michael Knight depicter.

"He called me and asked me for a favor and I called him back and said, 'Can you do me a favor?' and he said, 'Yes,' " Hasselhoff told Yahoo!. "I did his favor first because I love the Bieb. I think he's a cool kid and he gets a bad rap. He's a good guy and I like his music, I've known him for five years."

Directed by Darren Grant ("Diary of a Mad Black Woman"), the film also features Ken Jeong, Jim Jefferies, and Hulk Hogan. It follows "The Hangover" actor as a nightclub owner who tries to win a celebrity death pool by hiring a hit man to kill the former "Batwatch" star.

"Justin couldn't have been more kind or accommodating," Jeong sang praise for the Canadian teen singing idol. "He was just so generous with his time, and nailed the scene."

Earlier this week, Hasselhoff was seen filming a video project with Bieber in Venice, California. They were driving the iconic Pontiac Firebird Trans Am from his classic TV series. "Coming soon. New music video. @CodySimpson @DavidHasselhoff," the singer teased.

Meanwhile, the real "Knight Rider" remake is set up at The Weinstein Company. "Guardians of the Galaxy" hunk Chris Pratt and "As I Lay Dying" actor Danny McBride are in talks for the project. On the original series, the signature car was voiced by William Daniels.
