The 'Avatar' actor has deleted his Instagram account as the actor and his model girlfriend Lara Bingle are believed to be trying to protect their privacy leading to the birth of their first child.

AceShowbiz - Sam Worthington and his girlfriend Lara Bingle may have added fuel to persistent pregnancy reports surrounding them by keeping their relationship away from prying eyes. Bingle has deleted pictures of her beau from Instagram as the actor has deleted his account altogether.
The model only left photos of herself posing professionally, alone. The Australian hunk, who first embraced the photo-sharing site since dating Bingle and used it to share intimate photos of them, and his girlfriend are believed to take measures to protect their privacy leading to the birth of their first child.
Some news outlets suggested that their relationship's in trouble following the social media deleting, but the couple has been photographed together in New York all week. On Saturday, Bingle strategically used her jacket to cover her supposed baby bump when spotted walking hand in hand with Worthington in N.Y. Earlier this week, she was pictured holding her stomach during a visit to a medical office accompanied by the "Wrath of the Titans" star.
Bingle herself hinted at her pregnancy in a conversation with fellow model Elyse Taylor on Instagram. A few days ago, Taylor commented on pictures of herself modelling lingerie, "New digitals! After that much hard work I (sic) had better work! Lol xxx," possibly referring to the hard work she had put to lose baby weight after giving birth to her first child six months ago. Bingle replied, "Good (sic) help me!" and Taylor responded, "@mslbingle I have everything ready for you xxx."
