AceShowbiz - Mike Tyson recently helped a motorcycle rider who fell from his bike in an accident involving a taxi and the victim now has shared the story. According to TMZ, a man named Ryan Chesley was on his way to Las Vegas when a taxi suddenly cut him off, sending him off the bike and causing numerous injuries this week.

Tyson, who was traveling in his car, apparently saw the whole incident. He went out of his ride and stopped the traffic before approaching Chesley to help. Chesley said that Tyson kept him calm while waiting for paramedics to arrive.

Following the crash, the man suffered from broken bones as well as muscles, ligaments and nerve damage. He also needed a surgery on his shoulder. He has sent a card and a fruit basket for Tyson to thank him for his help.

In other news, Tyson made headlines last week after he cursed at a Canadian TV host when he mentioned his rape conviction during a live interview to promote his one-man show called "Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth" at the Air Canada Centre. Calling the question "a piece of s**t," Tyson later remarked he didn't care that it was live. "What are you going to do about it?" he said.
