The Vivienne Westwood hat which got super popular after the 'Happy' hitmaker wore it at the Grammy Awards earlier this year will head to the Newseum in Washington, D.C.

A Vivienne Westwood hat which became Pharrell Williams' signature piece at the Grammy Awards earlier this year is going to be displayed in a museum. The hat's current owner Arby's announced in a Twitter post on Tuesday, August 18 that the brown hat would make an appearance at the Newseum's display in Washington, D.C.

"Our hat has found a temporary home. See it exclusively at the @newseum starting on 8/22. #HatattheNewseum," Arby's wrote. A cute Vine video showing the hat making its journey to the new destination was also attached to the post. The Washington Post reports that the hat will be there from August 22 to October 26.

Senior vice president of marketing at the Newseum, Scott Williams, told Washington Post in an email, "The stories visitors experience in the Newseum illustrate historic and contemporary moments as seen through the eyes of the media. Pharrell's hat is a great addition to the Newseum and will serve as a great example of the impact of social media today."

The big hat gained people's attention when the "Happy" hitmaker wore it at the Grammy's and even had a Twitter account. The hat, which looks like the one on Arby's logo, was sold to the restaurant chain for $44,100 in a charity auction in March.
