'Once Upon a Time' Casts Tyler Jacob Moore as Prince Hans of 'Frozen'

The ABC fantasy drama series has additionally tapped John Rhys-Davies to voice rock troll Pabbie, another character from the Disney movie.

AceShowbiz - "Once Upon a Time" has cast actors to fill more "Frozen (2013)" roles. The show has tapped "Shameless" star Tyler Jacob Moore as Prince Hans, and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy actor John Rhys-Davies to provide the voice of rock troll Pabbie.

The casting news was announced by executive producer Adam Horowitz. He tweeted on Monday, July 28, "We're thrilled to welcome John Rhys-Davies to the #OnceUponATime family as the voice of everyone's favorite rock troll -- Pabbie! #ThisFall!"

He followed it up another tweet which read, "Excited to welcome @tylerjacobmoore to #OnceUponATime as #Frozen's Hans. Hope you come meet him this fall in Season 4!"

Hans is the treacherous former love of Anna who was voiced by Santino Fontana in the Disney film. The character will first appear in the third episode of season 4 and recur in the following episodes. Rhys-Davies is currently booked for one episode. His character Pabbie will be first tasked with "curing" young Anna after Elsa accidentally freezes her head with her icy magic.

Georgina Haig is set to play Snow Queen or Elsa, Elizabeth Lail is cast as Anna, and Scott Michael Foster will star as Anna's love interest Kristoff. In a clip revealed during San Diego Comic-Con this weekend, Anna is planning her wedding to Kristoff.

Another promo video released for season 4 of "Once Upon a Time" also teases the "Frozen"-themed storyline with a glimpse of Elsa. The new season will debut Sunday, September 28, at 8 P.M. on ABC.
