The revealing picture arrives around the same day she was caught on camera strolling through the Big Apple wearing a tight black tank top without a bra, ripped jeans, and oversized sunglasses. She kept her head down while leaving The Bedford.
The former Disney star's display of major cleavage prompted a boob job rumor, which was swiftly denied. "This is a rumor that comes up all the time," a source close to the 21-year-old songstress tells E! Online. "She did not have any work done."
