Actor Wes Bentley is going to show his dark side on "American Horror Story: Freak Show". Bentley, who also appeared in "American Beauty" and "The Hunger Games", will play Eddie, a dark tormentor from Kathy Bates' past who is seeking revenge, TV Line reports.
The next season of "American Horror Story" is set in Jupiter, Florida in the 1950s. Also starring Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Frances Conroy and Angela Bassett, it will center on freak shows in the U.S. Bentley will appear in the two-part Halloween episode which are tentatively scheduled to air on October 21 and 28 on FX.
In addition to Bentley, the show previously welcomed another star Michael Chiklis. The Emmy-winning actor will play a strong man who is married to Bassett's character. "He has scenes with Angela and Jessica Lange and [onscreen ex] Kathy Bates," creator Ryan Murphy told the site recently.
"I love the part because it's really written to be quite vulnerable, which is something I think Michael does so well - the strong man who's vulnerable. I'm very excited to see [him] tussle with all those great ladies. And he's really up for it, really excited about it," he added.
